Such partial refund shall be processed, via your original method of payment. The time to credit your account may vary, depending on processing time.
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 2 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers / merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the seller/ merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
- In case of any refunds approved by MEETHAS CARE, it will take 2 days for the refund to be processed to you. and the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 working day
Warranty Policy
Products purchased on https://meethascare.com/ come with a limited warranty of as per the manufacturer’s conditions. Unless otherwise specified, this warranty covers the hardware components of the Product as originally supplied and does not cover, or partially covers, software, consumable items, or accessories, even if packaged or sold together with the Product. This warranty is only redeemable within the original country or region of purchase.
The limited warranty only covers product defects caused by workmanship or build materials. To make a claim, please present your original Proof of Purchase (invoice), model and serial number of the Product, and photo evidence of the Product’s defects to the manufacturer directly.
Any repair and replacement service covered by warranty, along with shipping and handling, will as per manufacturer’s terms.
The limited warranty does not cover:
- Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse or abnormal use; abnormal conditions or improper storage; exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand, or dirt; unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.
- Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage,
- Defects or damage resulting from excessive force or use of metallic objects on the touch screen.
- Devices that have the serial number removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible.
- Ordinary wear and tear.
- Defects or damage resulting from the use of the Product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by manufacturer.
- Any physical feature defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not furnished or approved by the manufacturer.
- Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision with an object, fire, flooding, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.
- Repair conducted by un-official repair centers

Repair and Replacement Policy
Products purchased from https://meethascare.com/ can be replaced only in an event where:
- The Products received by you have certain accessories missing which were specifically ordered and paid for by you or such an accessory is pivotal for the functioning of the product in its intended manner
- The Product received by you is not of the size specifications for which you placed an order. (Please note that the website provides details pertaining to the sizes of the products and before placing an order you are advised to go consult the details)
However, this replacement will be initiated by Meethas Care only if the request for replacement is placed within 24 hours of receiving the product. Such request can be placed by:

The policies do not allow for replacement under any other circumstances unless expressly mentioned under these terms. The requests for replacement will be entertained only if they are placed in a manner and within the timeline as mentioned in the policies and terms of Meethas Care.
Hardware purchased directly from https://meethascare.com/ is covered by a Limited Warranty on workmanship and materials, commencing from the date of delivery. Please send us email at info@meethascare.com to submit a repair or replacement request.
